The face of marketing changes quickly, especially as technology takes over our everyday lives. Gartner predicted that by 2020, customers will manage 85% of their business relationships without human interaction.
It’s four years later already – how do you think that went? Are you the person who –

… hits up a chat bot with questions
… emails a help desk
… or fills out a contact form instead of calling?
I certainly am!
It’s no surprise that communicating without traditional interaction requires consistent online content publishing to convey your message—and market your brand.
The solution is to start blogging for business growth—but with intention.
Blogging for the sake of blogging is not a good use of resources or time.
