Our logo design focused on the visual of bringing together the three important roles in a recruiting process: candidate, recruiter and employer. The three-prong symbol embraces the M in MAS. The MAS branding stays consistent across its other divisions, MAS Community Health and MAS Home Care.
MAS Medical Staffing needed a way to display thousands of healthcare jobs and online application forms. Our solution connects the web interface to a jobs database through an API provided with their recruiting software. The result is a powerful branded job search tool for candidates to use, with an intuitive user experience.
Filters for job type, location, and profession allow job seekers to find exactly what they are looking for. From a job details page, applications can be submitted directly to the MAS recruiters. Employers are able to contact MAS through a client submission form. The web experience is consistent across all desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Along with creating the visual brand identity and websites for four MAS brands, a large part of our involvement with this staffing firm’s overall brand strategy included content creation for the blog and promotion on social media. A blog keeps MAS relevant in the industry as an expert, and helps their users stay aware of the latest healthcare employment news. The blog has played a big role in successful search engine optimization.
