Le Mystère revolutionizes intimate apparel by building a bra for comfort using modern innovations…and it’s one of Oprah’s “Favorite Things”. Working with agency Corra, we provided a sophisticated user experience design for online ecommerce. Using new brand guidelines, the ecommerce web design uses soft neutrals and clean lines, marrying traditional and modern typefaces. The website offers a “Measure Me” feature, helping users determine the proper size and fit for their bra.
The website is built on the Magento platform, a powerful open source content management system for ecommerce. The product detail page is one of the most important pieces of an online shopper’s flow. In the case of the apparel products for Le Mystère, many options and pieces of relevant product information were required to be displayed. Our design solution presents an elegant, easy-to use interface with room for additional products which “Complete the Look”.
Purchasing the perfect size for intimate apparel (such as bras) is no easy feat, even in-store. It’s essential to help the customer determine sizing as accurately as possible through the virtual shopping experience. A bra calculator tool on the site helps guide users towards the right fit. Because nothing is as accurate as an actual measurement, there is also an opportunity to schedule a personalized fitting by submitting a form for an appointment with a Le Mystère Fit Specialist.
