Effective design requires organization and thoughtful planning. We use an approach which ensures your project is successful, on time and within budget. Below is a brief outline of the main steps we follow from kick-off to execution.

OUR SIX-STEP APPROACH

Discovery
We start the ignition by listening to your ideas and asking lots of questions to identify critical project goals and develop a solid understanding of your company, your customers and your needs. Doing this helps us to create a deliverable that communicates the right messages to your audience and expresses your unique brand identity. During the Discovery phase we brainstorm, gather information and analyze while establishing a collaborative relationship between us and you.

Direction
Armed with information gleaned from our initial conversations, the sparks of creative ideas begin to fly. Most of this phase occurs on our end, with the presentation of an outline of deliverables and their execution for your review.

Design
Based on the information collected in the Discovery process and organized/outlined during Strategy, the concepting stage begins with an exploration of appropriate visual Design. We engage multiple concepts from which to choose and then discuss the designs with you, digest your feedback and refine until perfection is reached.

Development
Following your selection of a Design direction, your feedback is implemented. For Identity design, symbols and color palettes are refined. For Print work, imagery is finalized, estimates are procured and production is coordinated. For Web projects, programming begins. After a round or two of revisions and testing, a final version is provided for your approval.

Delivery
Everything is check listed to ensure that it looks and works as it should. Vector files are cleaned up, layers are organized, print files are prepared for press and websites are scrutinized prior to launch. You approve final output and we execute the deliverable.
